We’re Going Public!

We’re excited to announce that as of today, December 19th, 2017, INDIVA will be publicly traded on the TSXV. This announcement marks the beginning of a new chapter of INDIVA’s history. With the added support of the public, we can do even more for everyone who is part of INDIVA.

It helps us continue to improve our capacity, products, client care, and realize our vision for a brighter future for cannabis in Canada, and beyond.

Working Together

INDIVA is what it is today thanks to the hard work and commitment of all the people who came together to build something they believed in. With today’s announcement, we open the doors to the public so everyone can join the movement.

With this added support we can do more for our clients, the medical community, the environment, and the cannabis community.

We will provide additional client care and resources for our valued clients. We’ll collaborate with healthcare practitioners to encourage education and responsible cannabis use. We’ll invest more in sustainable initiatives to carry through our commitment to the environment.

Growing the Movement

INDIVA began with a vision – A vision to provide Canadians with compassionate access to quality cannabis.

As the cannabis movement grows, cannabis laws continue to become more liberal in Canada and abroad. We want to spread our vision even further while providing the same high-quality cannabis products and client care to people around the world.

As we continue to grow we will also expand our inventory to include edibles and other cannabis products as they become legal.

INDIVA’s Listing on the TSX

We have successfully obtained final approval to list our common shares on the TSXV as a Tier 1 Industrial or Life Sciences Issuer.

These common shares will begin trading on the TSXV today – December 19th, 2017 – under the symbol “NDVA.”

Thank You

We would like to thank everyone who made today possible. We wouldn’t be where we are today without the support and hard work of everyone involved – from the INDIVA family to the people who helped make cannabis legalization a reality.

Thank you.
